The City of Seal Beach has changed the process to purchase and renew residential parking permits and guest permits. Concurrent with the extension, the City of Seal Beach will be implementing a new online permit platform available on December 17, 2020. A link to the new online permit platform will be available on this webpage. If you access the old online permit platform on or after December 17th, you will be redirected to the new permit platform.
